Add a New Customer (Web)

Start by logging into, then click on the Customers menu option. Once you're in the Customers list, click ADD CUSTOMER.

Enter all pertinent information regarding the customer's name, billing address, contact information, location data, etc. You can also add notes and indicate what bodies of water your new customer needs to be serviced. Route assignments can be made as well–we will cover that in another tutorial. Once all the necessary information is entered, click the ADD CUSTOMER button at the bottom of the page.

Confirm that your new customer has been added to the Customers list.
