Add a New Route Assignment (Web)

Step-by-step instructions . . .

Log into and navigate to the Customers list. Choose the customer for whom you'd like to add a route assignment and click on their name.

This customer has multiple service locations, and we can set up route assignments for each. Choose the location for the route assignment and click the Add button.
On the next page, fill out the route assignment information. You can choose the tech and starting date, as well as a stop date and skip weeks if necessary. When you have indicated all the information you need, click Add Route Assignment at the bottom of the screen.

Your assignment is added. Be sure to sync your device, and then you're good to go.
