While Skimmer mainly organizes your work by task, we know that sometimes you need to service a customer at a particular time. So we give you a way to add a scheduled time range to your work orders. Here’s how to do it on the app. Tap the plus sign in the top right corner. This brings up the Add Work Order screen, where you’ll choose the work order type.
Then you’ll choose the customer to assign it to. On the next screen, you can add or edit the specific information about this work order. Note the field below the date – Scheduled Time. It’s an optional field. Here you an indicate one specific time, or even a time range. Tap Save when you’re ready. Now, on the route screen, you’ll see the work order with the scheduled time right there in the color coded box.
