Add and Delete Equipment (App)

We know how important it is to be able to track your customer’s equipment. To help you do that, we’ve built a live, custom database tracking well over 2500 unique makes and models. So, how do you add customer’s specific equipment to their profile? Let’s walk through it. First, choose a customer.

You'll start on the customer's Profile tab. Note that each body of water for that customer also has its own tab. Choose the tab for the body of water for which you'd like to add equipment. Once on that tab, note the Equipment box and tap Add.

The first screen presents part categories to choose from. For demonstration, we'll pick Heaters. The following screen shows heater brand makers, and we'll choose Pentair.

On the next screen, we'll choose the specific part. Notice how, for heaters, equipment is differentiated by the gas that's feeding each heater. Tap the specific piece of equipment you need. Once you tap the specific item, it saves under this body of water's equipment list. You can do this for every customer and every body of water that you service. If you need a part that’s not included in the list, just let us know and we’ll add it to the database for you.

To delete equipment, simply swipe left on the listed item. A red trash can icon will appear. Tap the icon, then confirm that you would like to delete this equipment. Then you'll see it has been removed from this body of water's equipment list.
