Customize the Service Checklist (Web)

Your service checklist can be customized through the app and the web portal. We're going to show you how to use the web portal. Log into, click Settings, then Service Checklist. Here you'll see the universal checklist that will show up for all service stops. If you want to edit an existing item, you can click on it and change the Description and the Description When Complete. That's what will display when you have swiped to complete this checklist item. You can also add a new item by clicking the button on the top right and filling out the same fields for the new checklist item. Click Add, and now it's on the list. You'll want to sync your device to make sure it shows up.

If you change your mind, though, it's easy to delete this item. Just click the delete button and then confirm, and it will be gone.

Now we'll see how to add individual checklist items for a single customer. Click on the Customers list and find your customer and click on their name. Then, in their service location, click on the body of water. There you'll see a Service Checklist field. Click the Add button.

Then add both both descriptions and click Add. You'll see then that the service checklist item has been added, only for this customer location. Be sure to sync your device so it reflects these changes, and then you're good to go!
