Move a Route Assignment (Web)

If you want to move a route assignment using the Skimmer web portal, here's how. Log into the dashboard, navigate to the Customers list, then find the customer you need to change and click on their name.

On the customer page, you'll see all route assignments organized by service location. There is just one here, and we need to make minor change. Click on the route assignment.

Here, note all the changes you can make. If you want a different tech, you can change that with this menu. We'll keep the same tech this time. What we want to change is day of week, from Tuesday to Thursday. If you need to add a stop after date or skip weeks, you can do that as well. Note that on the web portal, you can't make one-time assignment changes. This will be permanent. If you want to make this a temporary, one-time change, you'll need to use the app. We just wanted to change the day of week this time, so the web portal is fine. Once the change is made, click the Update button at the bottom of the screen.

Now the change is reflected. Be sure to sync your device, and then you're good to go!
