Use the Service Checklist in the Field (App)

When you've completed a task at a route stop, it's incredibly simple to mark it as complete in Skimmer. While entering your readings, dosages, and other information for the route stop you're currently working, you'll see a section for the Service Checklist. These items can be customized from a universal checklist that applies to all stops, and from a customer-specific checklist. You'll also notice that Skimmer tracks how long it's been since you last completed a checklist item.

To mark a checklist item as complete, simply swipe right on the item. You'll see the item gray out, and the language will change to what's displayed when completed (which will also be included in the service email if you have configured it to do so). If you need to un-finish a checklist item, simply swipe right again and it will return.
