Manage Service Notes (Web)

When your techs enter service notes and send them to office by an alert, you can manage those service notes right here from the web. Log into the web portal and click on the Service Notes report. This will give you the full list of services notes sent by your techs. The first thing you can do is edit the content of an alert. Simply click the Edit button, change the content, and click Save.

You can also completely delete a service note. Click the Delete button on the right hand side, and confirm. This will delete the service note completely from the system, so only delete when you really want it gone.

Finally, you can mark a service note as Handled. This will keep it in the system while also signaling that whatever’s in the note has been taken care of. So, there you have it, a few quick and easy ways to manage service notes on the web.
