Update Start Time (App)

Skimmer allows you to get a more accurate recording of how much time you’ve spent at a route stop by updating your start time. Let’s say you’re getting started for the day, and first thing in the morning, you tap into your first route stop to see what you’ve got lined up. This starts the clock for that route stop, but you’re not there yet, and you know the clock will only stop when you tap the Finish button. So will it look like you spent far too long at that first stop? Not anymore. On the route stop, tap the Info tab.

In the Service Time box, you’ll see a button labeled Start Now. Simply tap that button, and the start time for this route stop will be updated to the current time. So you can check our your work early, tap this button when you arrive, and know that you’re getting a much more accurate reading of actual time spent at this stop.
